The spacious CH Boutique Apartments, offer guests all the trimmings you would expect from a boutique hotel, combined with the day-to-day essentials of home living.

GUEST SERVICES TEAM

Our guest services team are available to assist you on weekdays between 7am and 10pm, and between 8am and 6pm on weekends and public holidays. You can contact the guest services team by dialling (02) 5712 9700 from your mobile phone.

If you require urgent assistance outside of our ordinary hours listed above, please call the guest services number listed and follow the instruction to contact the on-call after-hours team member.

CHECKOUT

We ask that the apartment has been vacated by 10am on the day of your departure. Our guest services team may be able to arrange a later checkout time for you if it is required. To request a late checkout, we recommend contacting our team prior to the day of your departure by calling (02) 5712 9700.

As you exit, we ask that you remove all rubbish and place in bins located in the storage block between the two buildings. Please also take a moment to ensure the lights, air-conditioning and gas appliances are turned off, windows are closed, and the courtyard and entry doors are closed and locked.

SERVICING YOUR APARTMENT

CH Boutique Apartments is self-contained accommodation which provides you with added privacy and flexibility during your stay.

Housekeeping can be made available to service your apartment at a daily rate of:

  • Two Bedroom - $99 per day
  • Three Bedroom - $139 per day

INTERNET ACCESS

CH Boutique Apartments offers complimentary Wi-Fi to guests. To connect to the Wi-Fi network, go to your Wi-Fi or network settings and connect using the below credentials.

SMART TV

Your room features several Smart TVs, which allow you to access a range of streaming services including Netflix and Stan, with your personal account details via the in-built apps.

For your security and privacy, we recommend guests sign-out of any applications that have been accessed during your stay.

A list of free-to-air channels can be found on the television by selecting the Guide button on your remote control.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES

Our apartments are all non-smoking apartments. If smoking occurs during your stay a $300 Cleaning Fee will be billed to your account.

Please keep your pet off furniture, pick up waste and clean up after your pet. Failure to do so will incur an extra cleaning fee billed to your account.

Any unreasonable stains, damage to furniture or stolen property will also incur additional fees being billed to your account.
