随着塔姆沃思仍然在他心中，杰伊开始寻找商机。 皮尔租约CH于2014年在市场上市。经过对旧中央酒店的检查，Jye爱上了该物业，并有可能在塔姆沃思中央商务区的中心提供高端品质的住宿。。
酒店的原始遗产翼于2014年12月开业。从那时起，凭借高需求的经验和大部分时间占用率超过90％的酒店，酒店开始扩建，在布里斯班街的一个名为行政翼楼的相邻建筑物开业 2018年6月提供额外的33间客房，使客房总数达到62间。
该项目引以为豪的是在整个工作中使用当地承包商，包括装修，是塔姆沃思社区的重要组成部分，并希望确保回馈并且没有资金流出该地区。
Jye在塔姆沃思长大，14岁时开始在麦当劳的酒店业工作。 在11年离开学校后，他在Ashby House和Stetsons Steakhouse的酒店业中度过了他的第一次休息。 他在行业中迅速取得了进步，并在他19岁时在Wagga Wagga的一家汽车旅馆担任了他的第一个管理职位。
像大多数人一样，Jye在悉尼，中央海岸和纽卡斯尔开展了一些工作，并在21岁时被澳大利亚酒店协会授予年度酒店经理奖。
在2005年作为Powerhouse酒店集团总经理回到塔姆沃思后，他于2013年决定自己出去并回到Wagga Wagga购买Pavilion Hotel。
